Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions.
The stuff homeowners and contractors ask us most. Don't see yours? Call or text 725-250-5401.
- How long does flooring installation take?
- Most single-family homes take 2–4 days depending on square footage and material. A single bedroom is usually done in a day. Multi-unit and commercial projects are scheduled unit-by-unit so we never slow your overall timeline.
- Do you move furniture?
- Yes — our crew moves standard furniture as part of the install. For pianos, gun safes, large aquariums, or pool tables we'll let you know in advance so you can arrange specialty movers.
- Do you offer free estimates?
- Yes. We come out, measure, walk the scope with you, and send a written quote — no charge, no pressure. Call or text 725-250-5401 to schedule.
- What areas do you serve?
- All of the Las Vegas valley including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Enterprise, and Boulder City. We also handle larger commercial and multi-family work across Southern Nevada.
- What flooring materials do you install?
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVT/LVP), carpet (broadloom and tile), engineered hardwood, laminate, baseboard, and rubber base. We can supply the material or install material you've already purchased.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes — Nevada Contractors License NVCL #0089172, with full general liability and workers' compensation coverage on every job.
- What's the warranty on the work?
- Manufacturer warranties on materials we supply pass through to you. Our installation labor is warrantied for one year — if something settles, lifts, or fails because of the install, we come back and fix it.
- Can you remove and dispose of old flooring?
- Yes. Tear-out, haul-away, and subfloor prep are part of what we quote. You'll see it itemized so there are no surprises.
- Do you work with general contractors and property managers?
- Yes — multi-family, retail buildouts, medical offices, and TI work are a big part of what we do. We're set up to coordinate with PMs, hit phased schedules, and turn units quickly.
